Craig J Wild CPA, graduated Hofstra University in 1979 with a BBA with a specialization in accounting. Craig has been actively practicing in the accounting field for over 30 years. Craig specializes in individual income tax and small business accounting as well as having extensive experience in the areas of Asset Protection, Family Limited Partnerships and Not-for-Profit. Craig represents clients in matters involving the Internal Revenue Service, state and city tax authorities, including examination, collection and appeals representation. Craig currently serves as a board member and treasurer for North Shore Synagogue, Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity Foundation and for Criss Angel's Believe Anything is Possible Foundation.

James S Maney CPA, graduated Hofstra University in 1990 with a BBA with a specialization in accounting. Jim's 20 years of experience and knowledge of business management, real estate management, taxation and financial accounting give him a wide range of skills to assist clients with accounting and financial needs. He consults in the real estate, construction, professional services, retail and healthcare industries on many tax and accounting matters. Jim oversees client accounting, financial reporting and tax preparation functions. He also has valuable experience with financial budgeting, forecasts and projections. He advises on income tax, deal structuring, and financial statement issues. Jim also assists in recommending tax structure, identifying areas of tax exposure, and determining specific opportunities for tax savings. With his extensive tax experience, Jim represents clients in matters involving the Internal Revenue Service, state and city tax authorities, including examination, collection and appeals representation. He is often called upon for his tax insight and innovative tax planning strategies.

Alex Resnick CPA, graduated the State University of New York at Albany in 1989 with a BA in economics and in 1993 from Long Island University CW Post with a MS in accounting. In his 20 years of experience he has worked extensively representing clients in matters related to sales and use tax and income tax audits. Alex specializes in Manufacturing, Food Distribution Services, Restaurants, Construction and the Petroleum Industry, and Qualified Empire Zone businesses. In addition to advising his clients in the areas of accounting and tax planning Alex has worked extensively with clients in the areas of Business Succession Planning and Business entity selection. He currently serves as the president of the Long Island Network of Accountants and has previously served as a board member and treasurer of National Kitchen & Bath Association Metro NY chapter.

Stanley Resnick CPA, Graduated the City University of NY Baruch in 1962 with a BA in accounting. He has over 45 years of experience in public accounting working with small and midsize businesses and Not-for-Profit Associations. Stan has had extensive experience working with family businesses and helping these companies develop a succession plan to transition to the next generation while keeping in mind estate and gift tax issues. He works extensively with individuals in the areas of individual income tax, trust and estate planning.

Our History

Wild, Maney, Camera & Resnick LLP was formed in 2006 as the result of the merger of Wild, Maney & Camera LLP and Mintz & Resnick CPA's PC.

Wild & Maney was formed in 1995 with a goal of providing highly personalized service and a leading edge approach to developing innovative business, financial and tax planning solutions. During 2003 William Camera joined the firm when Wild & Maney merged with the firm of Camera & Riber. William brought his experience in the areas of Trusts and Estates and adding his business valuations skills to the firm.

Mintz & Resnick was formed in 1978 by Elias Mintz and Stanley Resnick. The firm worked extensively with clients in the areas of Manufacturing, Construction and the Petroleum Industry. Alex Resnick joined the firm in 1991 expanding the firms work in the areas computerized accounting, Empire Zone Tax Credits and audit representation.

Our partners experience and high energy have created successful practice in working with individuals, closely held businesses and in the tax audit arena. Wild Maney Camera & Resnick has a strong history of representing our clients and clients referred by other professionals before the Internal Revenue Service as well as state and local tax authorities.
Our Credentials

Our firm participates in the Peer Review program prescribed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants(AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Our firm was successfully reviewed in 2008. The resulting report stated that all of our accounting practices and procedures complied with or exceeded the standards of the AICPA. All of our Partners are members of the AICPA and the NYSSCPA.
